Refund Policy

Last updated: 08 Jul 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work on SKRechargeHub, operated by Koshyari Communication.

1. Wallet-Based Service

Our platform works on a prepaid wallet model. Money added to your wallet is used to avail recharge and bill payment services.

2. Failed Recharge

If a recharge transaction fails, the deducted amount is automatically refunded to your platform wallet, usually instantly. You can verify this in your Passbook. No separate request is needed for failed-recharge refunds.

3. Pending Recharge

If a recharge shows as "pending", it means the operator has not yet confirmed the status. Such transactions are settled once the operator responds — either marked successful, or refunded to your wallet if it ultimately fails. Please wait for the final status before retrying, to avoid double recharge.

4. Wrong Details by User

We are not able to refund recharges that failed or were "successful" due to incorrect details entered by you (wrong mobile number, wrong DTH number, wrong amount, or wrong operator). Please double-check all details before confirming. Once a recharge is successfully delivered to the number you entered, it cannot be reversed.

5. Wallet Top-Up Refunds

Money successfully added to your wallet via UPI is generally non-refundable to your bank account, as it is meant for use on the platform. In case of a duplicate or erroneous wallet top-up (for example, amount deducted but wallet not credited), please contact us with the UTR / payment reference. After verification, the amount will be credited to your wallet or resolved appropriately.

6. How to Raise a Concern

For any refund-related issue, contact us via the Contact page with your transaction details (date, amount, number, and reference/UTR). We aim to review genuine requests promptly.

7. Changes

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available here.
