Welcome to SKRechargeHub ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Koshyari Communication. By creating an account or using our recharge and bill payment services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
We provide a platform for mobile prepaid recharge, DTH recharge, postpaid bill payment, and related digital services for registered retailers and customers. Services are provided on a wallet (prepaid balance) basis.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password and transaction PIN confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. We may suspend or deactivate accounts found to be misused or involved in fraudulent activity.
Wallet balance can be loaded via UPI or by manual request with valid payment proof. Wallet balance is meant only for availing recharge and bill payment services on this platform. Wallet balance is non-transferable to other users unless done by the admin.
Once a recharge is submitted, the amount is debited from your wallet. If a recharge fails, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet. If a recharge is pending, it will be settled once the operator confirms the status. We are dependent on third-party recharge providers and operators; delays or failures on their end are beyond our direct control.
Retailers may earn commission as set by the admin on successful recharges. Commission rates may change from time to time at the discretion of the admin.
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, including money laundering, use of stolen payment instruments, or any activity violating applicable laws of India.
We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect recharge details entered by you (wrong number, wrong amount, wrong operator), operator-side failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Always verify details before confirming a transaction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
